Precipitation of α-Fe from Fe84−xSi4B12+x (x = 1, 3) Amorphous Alloys Under High Magnetic Field Annealing

This work aims to investigate the effects of high magnetic field annealing (HMFA) on precipitation α-Fe from Fe84−xSi4B12+x (x = 1, 3) amorphous precursors. Isothermal process for Fe81Si4B15 and Fe83Si4B13 ribbons has been performed with without field. The shows increasing nucleation rate decreasing grain size crystals simultaneously, during crystallization processes investigated alloys. By applying HMF, more homogeneous distribution smaller are achieved in matrix, which is crucial helpful improve properties Fe–Si–B mechanism HMFA affecting microstructure also discussed present work.
